The 6.2 is nothing to sneeze at. Wait till people start to mod the ecotec 6.2 with higher compression and direct injection. It's gonna be silly.

right before they figure out they can't get around the encryption code in the ecm and realize that they are limited on what they can do. it's not going to get that silly.

You think it will be that bad? I hope not.

Either way I'm sure people will figure out how to take advantage of direct injection on the current trucks at a minimum.

playing with the di cobalts for a number of years, it's pretty easy to find the limit of the injection window fairly quickly.

Furthermore, the ECM is not going to be easy to crack (LML duramax for instance), and I believe GM is not happy about other companies hacking their computers anyway. Which is the reason efilive no longer supports the new dmaxes.

They don't make 1 7/8 headers for 4x4's so I had to improvise! I cut off the front diff mount to clear drivers side and clearanced passenger side diff mount. After seeing how much realestate I had on drivers side I built my own diff mount and every thing fits fine now!! Y pipe even fit with six speed with Vbands I added

Hahaa the 60lbs ***** or 100lbs winch + bracket or 130lbs x 4 wheels or 5th wheel hitch brackets. But that's how I roll on the norm so it is what it is!

the headers look great. calspeed didnt surfface the flanges wortha poo. the headers hit the frame when you tighten them down . i would suggest you resurface them or use a BFH .... i used the BFH . and welded a new passenger bung in so the oxygen sensor wouldnt hit the frame
