whoah...i am nothing special. I can do "simple" things. Get your hands on Image Ready (Adobe) or Animation Shop 3 from Corel (used to be Jacs). I prefer Animation Shop 3, it's very user friendly, that adobe **** is over my head. Same goes for Photoshop, I can work paintshop pro alot easier. Just shows my level.

You could just screen shot a bunch of ****, crop and then use a wizard in animation shop 3 and ta-da...animated gif. There are other programs on the interent on turning vids to animated gifs. Just google it.

 

Ok, that what I was thinking....just didn't know the programs to do it with.
