Few things crossed my mind.
Where the engine oil go when its up side down (might be a 2 stroke though)
Thats gota be hella hard to hand on because all you have is the handle bars to hold on with.

welll for the 2 secs that hes upside down it probably dont matter... thats how sport bikes are, terrible position for oil pump for wheelies
