Looks like it was a duel wheel off a 1-5 ton truck luckly not a full semi duel, that would of probably killed him.

I've seen that video before. If you ever think you're having a bad day, watch this video! I think it's amazing the tire only hit the person and nothing in the surrounding area (car, gas pump, etc.).
