i uhm, have an in-law that is a SS IT, he had that video on his laptop awhile back, hell awhile ago. He said the secret service (actually FBI) "determined" it to be some military boys "goofing" off with jackrabbitts or what ever their version of a jackrabbit is over. nevertheless, some bad *** shots there. he always has some good military clips.
