sigh... i love silver dollar.. too bad its 3 hrs from my house. Was that "yellow_sierra" that you were racing... i think hes from Gainesville, ga?

your probably into the 12s easy now.

your probably into the 12s easy now.
It takes me about 2 1/2 hours to get there. The drive is worth it, because you get 15-20 passes easy. More if you want. Yeah that was Justin aka Yellow. He's from N.C. He goes to school in Gainesville. The times are slower by about 1/2 a second since the tranny swap and stock stall. It does trap higher though.

Ya takes me about 3 hrs or so. Justin is working on his turbo setup now I beleive.. he just got rid of his magnacharger, correct me if im wrong. We need to set up a day and caravan to Silver Dollar togetther... Do you know Spencer? He has the Blue 85 gmc with the 350 crate motor? Thts who i went with last time, real nice guy.

Yes I do. 1st gear in the 4l80e and the stock stall is killing me right now.

Justin sold his Whipple to Matt. Don't believe I've met Spencer. I'm planning on going to the f-body shootout in Sept. You should try to go then.

at least your rpm drop aint bad at all from your 1-2 shift. it stayed about 4k r u runnin any T/M inbetween shifts? it dont sound like it.

The 1-2 shift is a big plus with the 4l80e. T.M. was deleted a long time ago.
