So I've had my turbo setup on for a while now and when I finished it I kind of threw some spare exhaust parts on and it wasn't as clean as I would have liked.

I found a local guy on CL selling his new 4" flo pro exhaust for a '11 dmax and it was too good of a deal to pass up so I picked it up this past weekend. It took some cutting and re-figuring, but it all went together pretty well. I had to cut the first section of the kit where it has the 4" to 3" reducer where it mounts to a stock dmax downpipe and cut out the angle like in the pic below.


Then from there it was pretty simple, there was only one place where a hanger didn't line up so I'm going to take it to the exhaust place today to get them to add another hanger and weld up a new o2 bung.

The kit did include a muffler, but it's definitely louder than I thought it would have been. So far I'm happy, I will report back what it's like a cruise and on the hwy.
