799 is almost the same head as a 317, just smaller combustion chamber

28 definitely isn't normal... It spiked up real high that run for some reason

I was trying to make the damn thing hook. no time for vids!! people were videoing though. just havent seen it surface yet

 

The way I see it is I'm about .05-.1 slower than foose in the 1/8th with more mph and my truck has always run better out the back half than it does the first in the 1/4... And he's running 10.teens.... So needless to say I'm very curious what would happen in the 1/4!!

 

Ill try not to mention single digits too loudly, that's a curse if you can say it where the truck might hear you.

 

Looks like minor damage for so much boost. surprised to see the bottom end stay together but then again these ls motors can take quite a beating. get that head fixed and let it eat!
