Alabama International Raceway and Silver Dollar Raceway are slack on the cage rule as long as you don't act a fool on the track. They both are about 2 hours and 20 minutes away. The closest track ( 1 hour 15 minutes away) is in Commerce, Ga., but they are very strict. When I get a little deeper in the 10s , I'm gonna go up there just to get the boot just to blow the minds of all the ricers.

I did lift for a second on that pass. I heard a noise I mistook for knock, but there was no knock on the computer so I got back on the gas. The head lifted later in the day.

No, I'll pull the head off later in the week when I have time. The wires were not on the headers, they were laying on the valve covers and arching over to them. I used some thick electrical tape to isolate the wires from the valve covers.
