I have a washer and dryer for sale located in East Houston, they are located currently at my grandmothers home.

I do not have an exact year, but believe they are both about 8 years old. Still in Excellent working condition. It is a matching set and they are Kenmore brand.

Model # on the washer is #110.82873120---Serial # CX1119789

Model # on the washer is #110.86873100---Serial # M82435234

I believe both are Kenmore 70 Series.

Well, the washer/dryer is actually located on the East side of Houston, the North Shore area right now. I suppose I could go there and pick it up and bring it to Alvin if need be.

Also, there was one other guy over on LS1tech that showed interest before you. But I have not heard back from him at all yet. So.... Just wanted to let ya know.
