Default 4.3L interchangeability

I found this 1998 Chevy Blazer with a supercharger on craigslist. It has either a broken flexplate or a rod knock.

My question is, will the 4.3L out of my '01 Silverado fit into this Blazer without any major issues?

I'd like to buy it, fix it, then sell it with or without the SC. Whichever way could make me more monies.

Agreed. My motor came out of a 99 4x4 s10. Everything will bolt or connect right up. The exhaust manifolds will need to be swapped over tho. No big deal.
