Default 18in Silverado Wheels - GM 5646

I never like the pewter color of the OEM 18 inches wheels that came on my 09 v8 Colorado as I like the machined alloy look better.

Since the OEM enkei wheels are had to find, especially the plastic center caps... I went with the closest thing I could find as far as GM wheels are concerned (wasn't wild about anything I found that was after market)

So, I install GM 5646 wheels which are full sized wheels most seen on Silverados and Tahoes and I think some Suburbans.

I know wheels are subjective and not everyone likes the same thing, but I thought they came out looking pretty good... here's a few pics.

I liked it cause it was similar to the original ZQ8 wheels but that's machined alloy color.

I like it.

I'd drive that truck anyday, near impossible to find a clean Colorado like that here.

It's been a great truck. It's got the factory 5.3L and sport suspension.

It's an '09 and I bought it in 2014 with 6400 miles on it.

Only thing I didn't like about it was the factory bucket seats weren't very comfortable so I had an upholstery guy re-do the seats and reshape the form so the custom seats are probably the coolest thing about the truck cause they really comfortable now.

I got some pics of the seats post on the Colorado forum over at:

So how many horses is the 6.2 pushing?

I always thought it's be cool for have an extra 200 horse in the Colorado.
