Finally installed mine the fittings were too tight for my lines as well had to go buy the dorman ones at advance which fit like stock. Might want to check the fittings to see if there are variances on the id if they work for some and not others.

That's the first time I've ever heard of someone with a problem with the fittings. I send Dorman fittings with the kit as well.

Is there a chance you sent the wrong size? If so do you have a part number so I can pick some up?
Thanks, Jere
Update!!! After a nights rest I tried both fittings and one works perfect, the other one still no go.
Any one know the part number for these fittings? Figure It's easier to just go buy another fitting.
You and another guy are the first time I've ever heard of someone having a problem with fittings. Been using the same Dorman fittings for years, maybe Dorman had a problem with a batch of them or something?

And will let me use factory lines with the only modification being the compression fitting to rotate the passenger side line. Aside from that, everything pretty much bolts in?

What sort of temp drops have y'all seen? I intend to keep the factory radiator passthrough
Correct, this kit does not include cooler.

Only modification to your stock setup is adding the compression fitting to one stock line to rotate it as you mentioned. Everything bolts on otherwise.

I ran 165-170* during the summer with a 408 engine in my truck with a 4L65E and a really loose 3800 stall converter. That was running thru the radiator like the stock setup.

You considered making a set to mount them between the radiator and condenser for us turbo guys? Just an idea for you... can’t mount the cooler with your brackets as intercooler goes there.
