My lower is a welded on bracket Can i buy just the upper separately?

Is line modification and install the same for them as well?

Anyone tried these on the nnbs trucks yet would love to get a kit if it's not much of a hassle with the nnbs

looking to buy this. I have a 2008 GMC Sierra. So from what I read the only permanent modification is cutting and relocating that one cooler line to compensate for the wider cooler?
