It looks like the bracket business is closed? Does anyone know about the gmt900 install? Looks like the kit comes with some mounting brackets but are they any good. Seems this was hot 3/4 years ago but does down since or mounting with the gmt900 is easy with what is provided. Any help is greatly appreciated!

These are still available. Been on vacation for the past week and a half and haven't had a chance to respond. Have plenty in stock.

Default 2010 Escalade

Interested in putting the Tru-cool on my 2010 Escalade ESV AWD. Do I need this kit? How soon will you have instructions for this application? I assume its very similar to a GMC Denali or even a Suburban. Towing a 6600lb trailer and the temps got up close to 230 in the mountains last weekend. I would like to do this soon.

We live in Georgia (so, no extreme cold temps most of the time) however, we do travel up north every winter for a week or two and not sure if that will cause damage to the tranny if it runs too cool for extended periods of time. Should I get the one with the thermal bypass or not? Looks like it activates at 180 (according to the Tru-Cool website). I know that my rig in daily driving typically stays below that. Its only when towing that I seem to need the extra capacity (yes, by truck already has the OEM cooler).

Thanks.

I tried a PM but didn't receive a response (maybe because i am a new member)?

Anyone have an opinion on whether or not to get the version with the thermal bypass?

My Esky has the factory auxiliary cooler.. I was thinking of leaving it in place and running the bypass for anything over 180 (which is the temp that the bypass valve is triggered) thoughts?

I think this thread may be abandoned by the OP. I'd like to order a kit but I'm not getting any responses. Do I need to buy a kit to get a response? I'll gladly purchase. I just want to make sure it'll work for my application and see what's involved with install prior.

Thanks.
