this sucks man i have seen this guy at the track he is a complete dumb ***, he is like 17-18, sorry to hear this hopefully he will send you the parts man. If not let me know I would not mind driving 30 miles to help you out.

Please do not threaten. I talked with one of the mods on RGVtruck performance and he says the seller told him it shipped out 2 days ago.
I am sure any help recouping funds would be appreciated but keep it mellow here or the Admin will pull the thread.

I agree, hopefully it is just a slow ship.
However, to clarify, It was "shipped" a week a go Tuesday, not 2 days ago. Either way, I don't hold any group responsible and definitely don't want anyone threatening anyone. It was my fault for sending the money Western Union, and not having any recourse for the deal going south.

I just looked at his profile and he is on right now looking threw the classified section... I guess he has no respect for himself to not even post up and defend himself...
If you live out of state, actually I think is is a federal crime to do something like this, since it is across state lines... IMO I would call up the RGV police and have a chat with them... I think I read on another forum were something similar like this happened and the cops paid the guy a visit...

I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt. If he told the RGV admins he sent it 2 days ago, then cool, we'll see.
However, I can pretty much bet that the fact that I just got a PM by him asking me to tell you guys that I got the tuner and he would then ship it tomorrow, leads me to believe, it hasn't shipped.

I Have Also Tried To Deal With This Guys About An Airbag Suspension He Never Got Back To Me About Anything Good Thing I Didnt Give Him No Money. And I Can Say I Greatly Doubt He Is Sellin An Hptuners Cuz He Dont Tune He Has A Tune From The Guy That Tunes My Truck
