Yeah, he offered me an HD hood shipped for $125. Thats when I reminded him I'd buy it after I got my tuner.....that's the last I heard from him.
On another note, what sux the most is that I don't have a lot of money, and I sold a few things (cal tracs, HD-2, etc, ) so I could buy HPtuners for myself for my birthday. Now I've got to borrow money from a few buddies on a promise to do some tuning for them in order to afford it.

This is one of the reasons we have a minimum post count (50) and 6 month membership requirement to sell parts in the classified section. If somebody is trying to sell you parts outside of normal channels you might want to be wary?

Yeah, like I said, I should have known better. I tried to do a little research on him first, and he seemed legit. He's got like 300+ posts on that RGV site. I guess I let the too good to be true price sucker me in. Man, I'm an idiot.

Interesting.....
he answered my WTB thread for coil brackets, said he had a set for 25 bucks. When I asked how much for shipping and if he takes Paypal, he told me send 60 bucks, and he would ship them "now"........smelled really funny, so I walked....sorry to hear that you got ripped man!

Looks like whitegmc03 is trying to scam people out of money.
I checked his posts and several of them are offering to sell parts to people in the WTB threads. He even posted that he has some 42# injectors for the low price of $75 so either he really doesn't know what he has or is just trying to make some quick money. This really needs to be brought to the attention of the moderators/admins because we don't need people like that on this site.

whitegmc03 also responded to my heads for sale; he tried to get me to ship them to him without sending the money and said i was losing a customer for not shipping them and trusting him. i have whats left of the pm's in my inbox if the mods need to see them.
