what can i do if i got screwed??

not too long ago i payed somebody for a vette servo, I gave him 20 bucks via paypal. Since then i have sent him a dozen messages and an email and he is ignoring despite the fact that his profile sais that he has logged on sincei sent him messages. Is there anything i can do?
