I just got home a bit ago after getting my truck tuned by Charlie. He is an incredibly nice guy, honest and very informative when it comes to tuning. He went out of his way to explain certain aspects of the HPT suite while he was tuning my truck since I told him I was interested in purchasing the software down the road. Being a newb to this whole thing is pretty embarrassing when you're around people who know what they are doing..Charlie made me feel real comfortable with asking questions.

The truck runs so much better now afterwards..I cannot wait to see what she'll do tomorrow at the track! He also called me shortly after I left to check and see how the truck was doing.

I'd recommend him anyday to anyone in the Houston area looking to get a very competitively priced street tune.

i can say those exact things about charlie, we had an interesting 11pm-330am of tuning friday night. ha ha great guy, look forward to buttoning everything up with the tune on tuesday morning

 

Just an update I dropped nearly half a second and gained 4mph tonight with the tune. Thanks again Charlie!
