it was wrapped in a full package of wal mart bubble wrap with another 2 packages of wrap in the box and a complete Fort Worth Star Telegram from that morning... I can find a box, throw some shipping materials in it and the product and claim anything dude... come on now...

If thats really supposed to be how he sent it, why isn't the thermostat and housing attached?

Thats a picture I just took and I already got the housing off. The first picture I took was when I pulled it out of the boxed. I dont have a picture of it wrapped in the box and I not going to fake one since I have no reason to lie about this.

you have reason to lie about it apparently because you are lying about it... you are accusing me of shipping a broken part which did not happen.
