For a $700 part, not a lot of effort seems to be going on in this thread. If that was me, It wouldn't have gone past day 1 without getting some sort of explanation from UPS. It's been quite a few days now, what gives?

i know what u mean... Just that they always tell me that they cant give me any info on it cause im the receiver of the package, ups only tells to get with the shipper, but i never hear anything from this guy. But i just cant let this get to me and bother me. So all i can do is wait till john gets back with me with some info.........

Just called ups from there 1800# and they told me that there was no tracer or claim made. So i called the store from kc where john shipped it from and they told me that they had to get with corp. Of ups, and that it takes more than a ups 1800# to gets this claim started. There words.. I was told that they would give me a call but they told me that last week, and funny thing i had to call them. So i dont know whats really going on.........
