Purchased a FAST intake from me, met the ups driver in his lawn, signed for the package, then proceeded to tell me that he didn't recieve it. He called me 5 times the day after he signed for the package, to tell me that he didn't get it, and he wanted his money back. I filed a claim with UPS, and they investigated. He contacted me at least once a week, asking if I had heard anything from ups, and what I wanted to do to resolve the situation. The security team went out and identified him as the one who signed for the package, so they confronted him. When they threatened him with jail time, he finally acknowledged recieving the package. I just wanted to get the word out, so he doesn't try to scam others.

amazing losers like this are out there. this is why when I send anything to someone, I pay for 'signature required', a few dollars more, but worth it.

Are you trying to tell us that there was someone at your house the day the package came, signed for it and left with your package, and then somehow managed to be there again when UPS came back to investigate?
