I understand and I know. I am baby sitting now, let's just take care of this and put it behind us please. Personal issues suck and so does leaving a member hanging. Of all people I am positive Danny knows this first hand. I am confident he'll do what he needs to make it right.

I apologize for using your name. I guess I didn't think much about it because I honestly thought ''everyone'' knew you. It was bad judgment on my part and I apologize.

If the kit has NOT been sent - that's fine and no hard feelings. Honestly. Feel free to simply refund the payment. At the moment I need the money for tires more than I need the nitrous. If I get the nitrous I'll probably just have to sell it. Either way. Whatever is easier for you...

So this was NOT sent as stated twice previously. I just received a reply from PayPal showing it was shipped TODAY via USPS.

Super. However, I would rather have had my money refunded as requested.

I am pretty offended that I was lied to more than once about this being sent out.

Not cool and not appreciated.

I hope things improve with you Danny and Tyler I appreciate your help.

That wasn't directed at you. You've been nothing but helpful. Just venting some frustration.

After telling me to "cool my *** down" I would appreciate it if the mods would please leave this thread as feedback for the linked sale. Coming on here after receiving my money and then not communicating with me for a month, and then finally showing up and telling me to "cool my ***" is unacceptable and other buyers need to be aware of his attitude.

To his credit, the kit was as described.

His attitude and service after the sale however, were unacceptable.

For the record Dan, it is your responsibility - personal issues or not - to ship in a timely manner, package the item well, communicate with the buyer when he has questions, and if you can't fulfill your responsibility, do the next best thing and make it right. If the seller has waited for a full MONTH with no communication and requests a refund, finally showing up on here and making snide comments like "this isn't WalMart" and "PayPal gave me 10 days to make it right" shows a crappy attitude.

After my experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase anything from you.

P.S. You've been banned from the classifieds on LS1truck.com. I wouldn't want any of our members to have to go through a similar experience that I had to go through or deal with being told to "cool your *** down" after not hearing from you for a month.

Moze, I think you handled the situation very well w/ a lot of patience.

I really burns me when I see people pay for something right away and the seller drags their *** on shipping and then comes up w/ excuses for why they haven't shipped it.
I've had this happen to me a few times, so I know the feeling. If I don't have a box to ship something in or the time, it doesn't go up for sale yet.

Bottom line: If you aren't ready to ship, your not ready to sell!

Moze, you handled this very well, I certainly understand the frustration. On the other hand I am glad Dan finally settled this deal, it at the very least shows he's not crooked and at least had good intentions SOMEWHERE in his actions. He certainly has his plate full, but as you said nevertheless, that burden shouldn't be on a buyer of his for sale items. The verbage and harsh words are certainly not helpful and understandbly not appreciated. This thread is locked form here on out and we are considering this as a closed case. PM me if you have issues or questions. (Hurry up, I only got 3 PM's to go before I have no more room )
