Money was sent for this via PayPal on July 16th. It is now August 3rd.

I am posting this in the forum because you haven't communicated with me since July 17th.

I have spoken to your friend who tells me it was shipped.

I need a tracking number or I want my money refunded plus the resulting PayPal fees.

I realize there are things you are dealing with but you also have a responsibility to me that is not being met.


EDIT: If I receive the kit tomorrow (August 4th) I will ask the mods to delete this post. I shouldn't have to post this in a public forum, but at the moment this is my only other way to hope to reach you. I should not have to communicate with you through your friend and he shouldn't have to moderate this transaction. I have been patient enough.


If I don't receive either a tracking number or the actual nitrous kit Monday (August 4th), I will be filing this as a fraudulent transaction through PayPal and through my credit card company.

 

Danny - this has been filed as a dispute through PayPal.

Please keep the kit and refund my money ($400 plus PayPal fees) and I will cancel the dispute and ask the mods to delete this thread and my comments in the original sales thread.

I realize you are having issues. But as of right now, you have TAKEN $400 that belongs to me. I want it back.

 

its been sent..if it was sent friday ups or who ever is not going to work on the weekends

 

Then someone has a tracking number. Your PM said it was shipped on the 25th.

The screen capture below is from the UPS website. A 50 pound package shipped via UPS ground from Loyal, OK on July 25th to Dallas, TX should have arrived on July 29th. It is now August 5th. That's FIVE days past when it should have been here. I am NOT saying it wasn't shipped. I AM saying I haven't received it and I would at least like a tracking number showing where it is.

I have been more than patient and you have been extremely helpful. But that doesn't put the kit in my hands or tell me if I'm getting anything for the $400 I sent him. Until I receive the kit or my money back this is going to stay filed with PayPal.

This is simple: I want a tracking number.

Can you get a tracking number for me since you are a friend of the family?

 

Danny - this has been escalated to a "Claim" through PayPal giving you 10 days to provide proof of shipment or for me to receive the kit. Non-response from you or non-receipt of the kit by me within 10 days will result in the the money being withdrawn from your account.

 

look guys this thread needs to be deleted...one because it has my real ******* name on it. if I wanted people to be able to find me on the internet I would have made my screen name that. and 2 because there is no need to bash tyler. he's done nothing but try to help me. he's my best friend and I did not want to get him involved. that's bullshit. paypal gave me 10days...you will have your kit or proof that I sent it within that time...mods please delete this thread with my real name in it please

 

Thread title has been changed, and thread has been cleaned up. No taking sides in any way, but in all fairness this thread is legit until the member has found closure. Both parties have responded and I suggest everyone else stay out of thread unless you have direct information for this topic. Tyler keep it to PM's. Thanks guys.
