Damn hope it gets worked out but seems it isn't, at least on his part.. If the unit was the correct one, you decided you didn't want it or you bought it and it wasn't the one you needed( mess up on your part) I could see where he is coming from, about the refund.. But this is a *** up on him, he sold a part that wasn't what he said it was, was also modified(so you say) If it is, then he should give you $$ back, he messed up...

 

OK, I'm getting rather discouraged with the trend here lately. I reversed the negative feedback and invited Blownfogger540 to speak his view here. Hopefully this is resolved in a manner fair to both.

 

I too would like this to be resolved the right way....as i tried to do before.

 

i wonder if there is a race / bearing setup you could get to make it work ? maybe if so he would be willing to give you enough for that part .

I dont think we can blame it on genetation.There is little to no policing on the net.So no big deal to rip someone off.
Yes, i believe the op is getting ripped unless there is going to be some kind if agreement between them.Obviously money is a problem but i know blownfogger has parts he could sale or work out out a deal with.I seen him list a hand full of parts on here.

I have a 100% rating on Ebay of almost 300 which is all sales I !!!Had!!! a trader rating of 14 here but I'm a bad guy because i sell a new in box item to a guy and through in $50plus of bearings and give a good deal for which cost me alot more and I'm the bad guy cause i wont and cant refund that kind of money 2 months latter how and why would i sell a modified part thats new but I'm supposed to know it is supposedly.
and why would i do that on a forum that Ive been on for years.

I refunded midnight because i was wrong what the item was for even after the shitttt he started without even contacting me first!!!
