I'm glad to see positive feedback on Jordan, I have tracking numbers from him and parts are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I hope all parts are as described and this transaction can finally be over.

lesson learned on my part, I will never chance a deal like this again unless parts are brought to trade.

 

well, the parts showed and as expected it was not what we had agreed on. I txted him about it and he insisted we talk on the phone. Im guessing so there was no proof of him bailing on the deal. But promised me he would get me and ls3 short block like originally agreed...

So to recap... Im now approaching 8 months into this deal.

original deal was to trade low mile ls3 short block with new boost cam for the new billet pt88 turbo he picked up January 7, 2016.

renegotiated deal for ls3 heads, boost cam, lunati crank, and arp main studs (which he agreed on) to be mailed to me and i offered to cover half of shipping. all that showed up was the ls3 heads, one is damaged, and boost cam on 8-10-16..... we talked on the phone and he said he could not afford to trade the crank and studs... but would get me a ls3 short block......

 

Really, you're the one that wasn't texting me back after me asking you numerous time about the accusation that I went "quet" for 5 months, which wasn't the case. I had you call me, so I could talk to you and explain why I couldn't give you all that stuff, when I really needed it to help get some money paid back. Damaged? Why haven't you said anything to me about the it? You just contacted me three days ago? Please upload some pics or send me some of the damaged head. You have my number. And no I couldn't give you a $2,300 crank, $750 heads, $220 new arp main studs, and a $350 new comp camshaft for a turbo that you were selling for $2,000. Honestly I felt like you were trying to extort me just because I'm in a bad bind. I spoke with you and all was well. I told you that I would still get you a block, along with the other stuff that I've already sent you. But now after 2-3 weeks after me shipping you the heads and cam, one of the heads is damaged? You should've contacted me.

 

And just so everyone knows they were packaged good, here's a pic. I used high density memory foam in layers wrapped numerous times around the ends and packing in the top and bottom of the box. I know those heads were in good shape when they left here and I'm confident they didn't get damaged in shipping. The cam was packaged just as good, in many layers on packaging. jordan, everything I have posted is 100% true. I have not slandered you or tried to make you look bad. I'm just posting about our deal for others to know so they do not end up in the same boat as me.

If you did not want to trade the crank and studs, why agree? You are not a man of your word in my opinion. I called my machine shop and told then to not fix the heads yet so I will get you the pics soon not that it will change anything.

 

I did not want it to come to this. But this is a good representation of how our deal up to this point has gone. One empty promise or excuse after another.

 

Dude, really? Once again, only part of the story... I was having to message you a few days through PT, because my phone got smashed out on the jobsite, while I was out of town. You didn't want it to come to this? You just wanted to try and File felony theft charges on me! Which is a blatant lie. You and I both know that's not the case! I spoke with you (finally), seems like you were avoiding me after a certain comment you made about me going silent for months (another lie)? and told you I could'nt give you the crank and studs with the heads and the cam! It's over $3,000 you know how much I could use that extra money right now to help get back in the positive. You were fine with this on the phone? i was put in a bad bind and had a bunch of **** happen, **** that you don't even know about, nor do I care to explain to you. I'm still trying to locate you a decent shortblock or finished block and crank. But honestly this whole deal has left me wondering what kind of guy you are?! I would never think of lying to the police in order to get someone in trouble! And believe me, I've had enough people and business people, not follow through with there word and services owed to me, that would allow me to pay back double this debt I was in! These screen shots are when you stopped responding to me, never did I ever go "quet" on you for any amount of time. I've just been busting my *** this whole time trying to get all this taken care of! And yes I agreed to what you said when you said it, on the crank, heads, cam, and main studs, but **** dude, you were basically blackmailing/extorting me! Threatening to go and file felony theft charges on me?!! thats crazy man, that's a lie! You know that's not what happened! and that's some dirty **** to do to someone (in my opinion), hell there's no telling what You could e gotten me to agree to! I've never been in any kind of trouble... Think about what you were saying and how that made me feel.. I went and spoke with an attorney immediately! Litterally! I left work and went to see an attorney. And you are biased in your story on this whole matter. And I do feel like you're trying to portray what you want to make me out to be a certain way to the other members. I've done a bunch of buying/selling on here and have never had a problem. No matter though, I'll still come through on my end, just like I said I would.

 

I sincerely apologize about this whole situation Mic. I feel horrible about the whole thing, but I've never done anyone wrong my whole life or stolen anything. You have every right to be upset, but I'm trying my best to get this taken care of. I just want everyone to know that Mic is a solid guy. This is just a bad deal and things happened that were out of my control. Im still going to do what I said, even though I feel like it'll never be fully resolved in Mics eyes. I'm not going to post anything else in this thread. I just want everyone to know that I havnt done anything wrong and never intended for this whole deal to take this long or go this way.
