from the outside looking in:
what was the agreed cash value on the turbo? why not cut a check (less the agreed value of any trades that have already been sent). sometimes it's easier to take the hit, lick your wounds and move on. from the sound of things there is cash somewhere if there is money for blocks etc.
JordanH, all I see are positive reviews and one deal gone sideways with circumstances out of your control that you're trying hard to fix. issues whether they were your fault or not shouldn't affect your customers for this long IMO.

Agreed value was $2000 cash. i was willing to accept that or the turbo returned in original condition. Money could not be paid, and turbo is on his tahoe, so used turbo was not what i wanted back. This is why I was trying to get a trade done.
Jordan, As I have said before. I don't think you are a bad guy, this has just got way out of hand. I hope you do make this right, but if that ever happens, it does not change this 8 month catastrophe. I hope you never get your self in this type of situation again. call or txt anytime.

This does not say you went silent for 5-6 months... it says you went silent for 1+ month, This was the time period that i would send a text, asking for updates... and would take you days to respond if you did.
I have no reason to lie and I do not like even having to post this.
The fix is to get this deal handled and over with. that is all I want.

I am still following this, hoping to see You two work this out.
This situation is less then ideal, but the fact that You two are both openly addressing it goes along way. Let's get this sorted out. Enough time has passed. I understand excergent circumstances sometimes come into play however this is the game we play.

Not for nothing but kinda does seem like Bansheerider44 is making this alot harder then it needs to be i mean really a 2k turbo and now your want like 4k plus in parts back? lets be real 8 months or not seems like your the one trying to make this bigger then it needs to be. Why would you not want cash?

I've tried PM, Ive tried txt and calling. Its coming up on a year and this has gone on long enough. It is sad that he conducts business like this and is still allowed to sell on this forum.

Last time I heard from you, you said you would be coming through El Paso... you have had my address. I haven't had a phone, because I don't have the money to buy a new phone just yet.. especially when I still owe on a few things. This has been a **** year for me too! I really wish you would've just taken the turbo back! Hell, you giving me the turbo was the worst thing that's ever happened to me!!! You have my address and I haven't had any messages from you on here.... but here you go messaging me today saying you're going to the cops to file charges on me, when we both know that I didn't steal or take anything from you. I thought you were a stand up guy, but after all this it seems like you're the sorry piece of **** who keeps threatening me with filing felony charges, when it's a flat out lie! You've got my address and we can surely get this squared away. I've never even driven my truck that much with the turbo on it, because I've not even had the extra cash to get the **** tuned! You send me my ls3 heads and cam back, then come up with a cash number that you would need on top of the turbo.
