I purchased some spindles from him, and after FedEx completly lost them , he filed a claim (which can be very frustrating sometimes) and bought me another set. He was very patient and understanding and he even had to eat some money due to FedEx being inept. He was a standup guy throught the whole ordeal and intent on making it right.
