would nitrous be safe for a lightning? I know nitrous is not healthy for any car but will it be a problem with the supercharger? what shot would be good and what kit? thanks

 

i think juice more than doubles it potency in a supercharged application. i.e. a 40 shot would probably be plenty! dry kits are pretty easy to do, and a 40 would probably be very safe, just make sure you are running a little rich, and dont have too much advance in your timing.

Zex makes a good kit for us. As for size, a 50 or 75 wet shot on a stock block is pretty common, 50 being more so than the 75. Just have to be very careful with the tune.
