Default Axle and Tranny Help

Can anybody help me out with this. What axle and gear ratio comes factory in a 1995 Ford Lightning and what way can I identify it? Also where can I find the casting numbers on my tranny to identify it? I believe it to be a C4 or a C6. All help is greatly appreciated.

It's a special 8.8". Note the cooling fins cast into the front of the differential - Gen 1 Lightnings are the only vehicle Ford made that rear diff for. 31 spline axles. 4.10 gears. Takes special ($$) differential fluid, too.

Transmission is an E4OD. Basically the same unit as a 4R100 though somewhat weaker (aluminum planetaries) - but still one helluva transmission in the '95s.
