Just a side not on the "ls7" lifters, i had a set of them and a set of melling lifters and they were identical down to the part number of the side of the lifters themselves, so dont discount some aftermarket lifters. I was able to get a full set of the mellings for less than tge ls7 gm branded lifters, think i paid right at $100 for them versus $140 for the gm part!!

Guys this project may be heading in a different direction. What are your opinions on a LSA supercharger install on top of the combo?

 

I want one myself eventually, got to figure some other non vehicle related stuff out first though...
