You know me, and my manifolds were just removed for the first time in their lives, and no broken or seized bolts after 10+ years of use.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

I was told this trick from a customer a few weeks back.
Pickle juice or vinegar will eat a steel tap out of an aluminum part if left for a couple days, or enough to make it loose to remove it easily. Should work the same on a steel bolt or fastener.
The mild acid eats the steel but has little effect on the aluminum.
I have never tried this but he seemed very real about his advise.

Its worth a try and may save you money and lots of swearing.

No ****, huh Roger!? I can't believe that all of those bolts survived all those years in AK, that's awesome Most of the guys that I know who ended up with broken manifold bolts had it happen right after the 3/36 warranty ran out...go figure lol. These guys live either here in Jersey or up in Mass. Lucky for my one bud he had bought an extended warranty and didn't have to worry about it The guy up in Mass had the bolt shear off flush with the manifold (L/R), so when he removed the manifold he was able to get the busted bolt out with vise grips. He also has a friend who recently bought a used 99 rcsb that has both side rear bolts busted also lol.
