233/239 112 (+1 i think) .598/.603
Will that cam, a lq4, with the stage 2.5 PRC ls6 heads from Texas Speed work??
And if so what pushrods would need to be run?? 7.4??
Reason asking....
It looks to me the pistons almost come out of the cylinder and looking at that heads, I dont see how that would work.
Any ideas anyone??
Does this stuff even work together?

Well we were told it would work and s we jsut put her together. Ran it and there was this HORRIBLE rattle. Had to basicly yell over it.
But the motor didn't sound like it as running odd out of the exhaust, though it was hard to tell over the loud rattle.
Motor ran for maybe a minute. The sound never started going away at all though in that time.
We took everything apart and all looks ok. There was nothing making contact with anything. I feel a bit much slack in the timing chain compared to what i felt on some other gen 1 sbc's i've played with, but doubt that has anything to do with it.
Texas Speed pretty much said it should work, and to put it back together and run it. Let it run and see if it quites down. So that is where we sit right now (a truck on 41" tall tires with half a motor in it. lol).
Anyone else have any input real quick? We are gunna put it back together tonight when it cools down.
