trex is a nice monster of a cam but really shouldnt be used with anythingless then 4400 stall and 456 gears. which is 242/248 608/612 110
a Trex runs down the ms4 all day long but the ms4 is a good cam for an auto and more street oriented car
11.1 6.0 with 243 heads ls6 intake with Trex was a pure beast.
but go for the ms4 if you have the stall and supporting mods

With 64cc heads you are only running 10:1CR right? I think you went with 40 cometics which should bump you up to 10.3:1 ish(dont have CR calc right now), why didn't you bump it up closer to 11:1? I think the MS4 will work well for you, id be willing to bet you gain 2mph with just the cam swap. Maybe throw a fast on there close to winter and go for mid 11s
