If you have the 05 in your sig . . . it's not worth it. You already have the larger LS2 style timing chain. 99-02 have the smaller LS1 style chain.
When you swap the timing chain, you have to take off the oil pump, and the pick up tube. It's best not to disturb it at all costs.
If it has 2,000 or 102,000 miles on it, you'll be ok.
