Default Where can I find this cam

I've looked around a bit and I'm having ahard time find this grind. 215or216/224-116or118 and about .550ish. I know it's a bit vague, but I'm wondering if I'm going to have to have a custom grind, or if I can find something like that off the shelf. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Dutweiller. He's building my 6.0 and has decided he wants to go with something like this.

keep in mind, I'm in the dark a little when it comes to cams. But, Dutweiller is going to be setting up my 6.o with 11:1 pistons on a 64cc chamber. I'm using 317 heads, so he's gonna mill them down to get me back to 11:1. He said he wants this cam spec to "bleed" the compressoin back down.

(of course, this won't be using a MP112)
