well as you can seein my sig i have the 212 218 hi lift cam.i love it so much it performs well at all rpm's,low mid and high.my truck is a heavy four door and still can hop the front end up like a single cab on a 30 roll race or from dead take off.i got dogged on becuase people say its a small cam but from what im reading on here over and over and over.la del 11 prefer it over the 220,00chevyscott agrees with its mildness,sbw9056 lovs its 1400-6000+ rpm range, and wheatley has used this cam i believe, its endless comments.i think this is the best mild cam for a four door out there.its not too noticeable in the idle since it is a 115lsa but you can always have it custom grinded if seeking more sound.i have 4.10s,3200 stall,lt headers and now tranny which just got finshed today.my truck is a great DD and performer on the line, good luck with your choice.

TR220 is a proven performer, but I wouldn't use it with anything less than a 3k converter for optimal performance IMO
