I am currently putting a supercharger and can In my 06 5.3 and when I pulled the intake Mani off something fell into the head. Any way I can get it out? Without pulling the heads?

 

try a magnet or vaccum

 

Cut a hole big enough to reach in and get it?

 

Magnet, tell your GF to help with her small hands, or take the head out. NEVER EVER try to start the car

in the mean time, like they said, try a magnet or shop vac. Do you know what fell in?

 

Do you know what fell? I assume it is small enough to come out the spark plug hole or it wouldn't have made it past the valve. I would remove all the plugs, and carefully turn the engine over until the piston is up, and blow it out with air or grab it with a magnet.

Explain where and what it is. You shouldn't have to pull the head.
