What heads for an lq4?

Exclamation What heads for an lq4?

Hey i wanted to know what heads yal would recommend for an lq4 im pretty unsure of what heads would be the best option? Its fully bolted with a 3c circle d stall?

243s. Same flow as your 317s but closed chamber to increase your compression and thus power. Ported 243s if you plan to eventually put in a healthy cam.

yea i havent gotten the cam because im waiting till i get the heads and then get a custom grind for the heads but not sure which ones to go with so some 243 fully ported would be a good option how much of a mill would be good?

What about the l92s do those only work better on lq9 because of the flat top pistons and higher compression?

How much money you have to spend. Are you planing to stay N/A 243's will def be a nice upgrade if your staying N/A or using the juice...

If your on a budget you cant beat the 243's. There are better aftermarket heads but your looking at $1500-$2000. A set of 243's will give you about a 10.8:1 compression stock or you could mill .030 or so to get you into the low 11's on compression.
