What comp cam should I get
Looking to cam my truck( 2004 Chevy silverado 4x4 with the 4.8) but there are several comp cams. Which one should I get? Also what rods, springs etc. do I need?

You didn't say enough.
Like what do you want from the truck?
You gotta have goals for this kind of stuff. There are a million different parts out there for a reason, because there are a million different ways you can mod the engine and make power.
Do you want it to stay daily driver friendly?
Do you tow with it?
Do you want to stay with the stock stall converter?
Are you going to add power later?
Are you staying with the 4L60e transmission forever?
What rear end gears will you run or are you running??
What you want there will decide how big the camshaft should be and what pushrods and spring you will need. Then don't forget about tuning and possible injector upgrades or fuel pump stuff depending on your horsepower goals.

Honestly It is my daily driver but I want to eventually swap the 4.8 out and put in a 6.0. Then doing a manual conversion.( T65 Super magnum) I will be adding a turbo kit to the 4.8. Also everything is stock. I'm new to all of this so I just want a fun, fast, ***** to the wall truck.

4.8 can be just as powerful, I'd spend the money building what you have. Big blower or turbo setup will get you plenty of power and save you coin of motor swap. Blower will keep it possible to daily drive it, turbo, not so much...

I don't disagree with you, just seems it's harder to get a turboed truck dialed in unless you tune yourself.

Pushrods, springs etc are determined by which cam you choose.
You can pick a drop in cam that you literally just do the cam. Or a bigger cam that requires multiple other valve train upgrades and a higher stall converter.
There's no one size fits all, each person can tolerate certain traits of cams and stalls more than others.
Asking what cam you should get with no supporting info is like me asking you what shoes I should get with you knowing nothing about me. You have no idea what size I wear or what style I like or what I'll use them for.
Lastly if you have a build goal in mind you should apply all your money to that goal unless you have an unlimited supply of money, building it multiple times costs far more than building it once. I would recommend saving money for a long time and reading as much as you can during that time then pull the trigger when you have the money and know exactly what you want.
