just something I can run off 91 pump gas and could be use a daily. I currently have a 5.3 silverado with 170k miles and I never really built anything before as Im new to this. Looking on a good street setup like cams and heads and pistons. I dont think I would have to go all the way to the buttom end would I? also I want to run a decent supercharger if it is possible. And Also I got a spare 6.0 block should I use that and upgrade that? and if I do would I have to get a 4l80e trans? what should be done to that and what gear ratios 4.10? Sorry I'm a noob any help is appreciated. Thanks

build the 6.0!! when u do make sure u redue the tranni and rear gears !! they will be next to go !! like the other guy said !there is a lot of info on here !! good luck and dont forget to post build !! we love pitchers !!

 

Start off with longtubes pacesetter are the best for a budget. exhaust CAI and tune to start. you will be pretty impressed with the difference with just these 4 upgrades

Well id rather build the 6.0 jus want something quick but still be able to dd as budget goes if i do the 6.0 ill work on it while its out of the truck so ill work on it slowly along with trans and rear end
