just google pac racing springs, i don't want to post a non-sponsor link. you don't need the titanium retainers or locks, don't really need new valve seals either unless you just want to replace them. heres a list of all the must-have things:

the cam
valve springs
pushrods
water pump gaskets
timing cover gasket
harmonic balancer seal (front main seal)
harmonic balancer bolt

 

If you go to scoggin dickey and buy their house brand beehive spring, it's just a relabeled PAC beehive. Secret is, they're only $125

Yeah i know, it just sucks cuz alot of people get this impression that just because you can't hear or speak well, that you are stupid or something, like you are retarded. I know my uncle really is one of the smartest people i know and alot of people underestimate him.
