Default Valve springs options

I’m doing a cam swap in a 5.3 ls lm7 in my daily driver I’m swapping to a low lift btr torque series cam with .511 lift and I’m wanting to know what would be the best valve springs for longevity I’ve seen pac 1218 and btr .560 SP011-16 springs would one of these springs last 100k or more miles or is there a different route i should go

I’d change before 100,000. I had a valve spring break and drop a valve on my 5.3 around a 100,000 miles on a BTR truck 2 cam
