Upgrading to 222/228 567/567 113lsa Voodoo cam...

well im going bigger... what do u guys think.. just looking for opinions... currently running the 217/223 549/549 113lsa voodoo cam... i had just upgraded like two months ago from the 212/218 voodoo offers and well i went from a 8.96@78 to an 8.69 @80.62 on the 1/8 and this was with the 212/218 tune since i never got it retuned.. really impressive imo... but now i want more.. ill be getting the 222/228 cam for free just like i did with the 217/223 and well thought i would give it a try.. just looking for more top end...ill keep everyone posted and im not running this cam on the track till it gets dyno tuned..lol i dont want to c my numbers go down..haha..let me know what u think..

milled 799 heads to 60cc with minor hand port job, compression idk.. stock 9.9 at 64cc so may b 10.4-10.5

hey grey matter i can always downgrade doesnt hurt to try it out..haha.. got alot of people telling me it should run like a beast since its on better heads and higer compression then other 5.3s.. i guess we will c if its true..

Sorry, just read the whole title, lift @ .567/.567.. I by no means know a lot as I'm still learning, but I think other people will agree with me that you may want to look upgrading springs, I think you're ok with the lift because the LS6 springs are good to .570 iirc... I guess I just like to have a little bit more room for error. Plus with upgraded springs you wouldn't have to worry near as much about valve float, if at all.
