It's a stock pump that's been ported. And it's been almost a year that I've had that pump. Tsp said they can't replace it for free, but I can get a good deal on a new one from them. The oil pressure that it made was really nice, but sucks that it blew apart. I'll throw in a stock unit for now. Get the truck on the road. Make sure the engine is fine. Everything looks good. My fingers are crossed. I found a cool after market pump and pick up tube that I want.
I found out today that the only gm ls based engine that has a different oil pump is the ls9 ls7, which have a double pumper lol!

How much oil psi did that thing produce? I have always ran stock pumps and had 40~45 psi @idle, 60 psi @ cruise, and 80 psi past 4K rpm don't see any need for more on a factory clearance engine. Looks like either bypass stuck, or Pump is set up for looser bearing clearances and just had too much psi for your application. Too much internal psi inside the pump can blow it apart like that.

I'll be throwing in a stocker. It's hard to tell if the bypass was stuck. It was full of metal lol. I have a lot of cleaning ahead of me.
My oil pressure was close 60 at idle I'm pretty sure. And well over 80 at wot

That is a lot of metal, I'd be nervous firing up the engine without tearing it down to clean it up. Good luck.

Also, do believe that I have a bad rod bearing! Which sucks.

We were in the process of retuning for the new fuel system when the oil pump went out, so no chance to really dial it in. And definitely some rod bearing noise... Really is a shame when you buy better parts only to have them fail on you.
