Default ticking sound

I got the truck started for the first time today. I was very excited. Couple of things I noticed

1. The radix inline fuel pump doesn't like staying on for too long when you put the key in run before you start it. It starts to squeal a lot

2. There is a slight ticking noise comming from the passanger side. I can't tell if its valve terrain, or exhaust leak tick as I've never really heard either before.

3. It idled real rough, but after letting it idle it seamed to learn and smooth right out.

4. The efans one time would not shut off when the truck turned off. I have a westers wiring harness and the 05 efans. I haven't driven it enough to see if they come on high or not.

Since the entire coolant system was drained, and so was the intercooler system, how should I bleed it. I just filled up both reservoir and let them drain , filled up, let drain, repeat. I let the motor run and let the coolant temp go up to 210 so the thermostat opened.
