Did you dyno with those hummer wheels on? If so, I think your numbers might be right where they should be. That is a huge heavy vehicle to be moving.

You noticed. Right now I have adapters. But I am real close to doing a 2500 swap complete with a 3/4 diff. with an E-Locker. I am using 1500 Cognito upper arms with 2500 bolt-in ball joints, 2500 knuckles, hubs & brakes. The frame brackets will be moved up 1-1/2" up and 5/16" inboard for proper geometry.

Ive heard rumor a late 90s dodge 2500 unit bearing will bolt up and be 8 lug. Cant verify myself but itd be way cheaper and easier.

Yep, that could be done. But the Dodge has whimpy bearings just like our 1500 series. The GM 2500 has beefier bearings, larger rotors & calipers, ball joints and tie rod ends. Also, with the Dodge I would have to give up my ABS.

Not yet. I have the cam now but I am waiting on the 1.8 ratio rockers. It sure would be nice if a cold front would come here in Florida to make it more enjoyable. It's a beotch being old. LOL
