Is A 3000 Stall Good Enough For A Lq9 Wit A Built Trans And Some Bolt Ons If Not Wat Do Yall Recommend And Whos Got Em For Cheap?

That will be plenty, 3k would be good for even a 224 duration cam. That should work well if you go that route. I got one for sale, link in sig.
