Shooting for 12's in a RCSB
Hey guys I have a 01' Silverado (5.3L). Its basically 100% stock. The only mods are Pacesetter LT's (catless Y) and a K&N filter. Ran a 14.88 in the 1/4 with 20" Centerlines, highway gears, full street weight, spare, 3/4 tank of regular unleaded gas. I'm looking to get at least into the high 12's and best of low 12's (12.20's). I'm looking at the TSP 2.5 Stage heads, a TR220 112LSA, 3600 stall, 3.73 gears, also maybe a Detroit or G80 locker and getting my 4L60 built. Any ideas on where that would put me?

by the way seems like you know what you want and it will work, i would do 4.10's before i do a head swap, you'll be surprised on how deep into the 12's you'll be with stock heads...
