Some l/ts will really help it out... I got about the same gains from my l/ts that I didn from my cam swap... Or so it seems... Do that then have it tuned for the headers and see where that puts you... If not have a set of 243s milled and put them on or buy some prc stage 2.5 5.3 heads and throw on it

thanks for the info ill prob do the lts and stall and see where that puts me at

full specs are 210/216, .532"/.532", 110*

For what you want a used Magnacharger Radix would do the trick...great towing,decent mpg, stock stall is fine and can be had for a little more than heads and stall....if not the same...something to think about...and guaranteed satisfaction
